About me

Pottery is only a part of my life. My wife and I are innkeepers for The Sunflower Inn of Yoder in Yoder, KS. I'm also a member of South Hutchinson Mennonite Church and enjoy working with youth there. I have a dog named Peanut and during my free time enjoy rock climbing, camping, and sitting around campfires.

Making pots is more than just a way to make money. It gives me an outlet for my creative energy. I also include a lot of my religious and political beliefs in my work and hope that through my work as a potter I can further the kingdom of God. I thank God everyday for the great family he has given me and the awesome abilities that he has entrusted to me.
